Eugenos the First
Eugenos Karavasilis the First was the first Stomma of the Stommatate of Kaisa. As the story goes, he received a vision from the folk god Pagekopagos of Anikaisa that led him to begin his conquest of the territories of the surrounding Gafinou Tiporéa.
The territory he conquered became the basis for the Kaisan state, and his family, the Karavasilis, would rule Kaisa for centuries.
