Pelaga the Fourth
Pelaga Karavasilis the Fourth was a stomma of Kaisa. She established the predecessor of the Etnofroura, the Katrarches Stomma.
She began a process of centralization, attempting to curtail the power of the Tiporéa who owned much of the land in Kaisa. Ultimately, she was assassinated by a conspiracy within her vassals. Her son, Mattos the Second, ascended to the throne, but the War of the Lion broke out only a few months after his ascension.
