Communist International Circles
The Communist International Circles (CIC) was an organization of republican communists in Lanpetia, Sorfait, and Kaisa. It was created in 1279 CE by Robierre Clement and about twenty other people. The Communist International Circle was organized as a secret society, broken into chapters for each city they were active in. The chapters came together into circles for each of the three nation. A Central Assembly governed the organization.
The CIC had a role in the Chantois Uprising in Sorfait and a smaller role in other parts of the Jiderani Uprisings of 1281-83. In the aftermath, Lanpetia and Sorfait both targeted members of the CIC, accusing them of orchestrating the uprisings. In 1284, Thirty-three members of the organization were put on trial. Nine were executed, and twenty-four were imprisoned. The organization disbanded shortly afterwards.
