The centre of religion
Rugby was mostly ruins when Ser Brightgleam made his claim on the area. The only surviving areas were three churches and the cement works tower. Brightgleam who has always had a fascination with religion took it as a sign and set about making it the hub of religion in the isles.
With the rebuilding and attraction of the old faith, the town spread out and swallowed the remains of coventry, becoming a sprawling city.

Ser Brightgleam believes in relgious tolerance - which is why the cult have a presence in the city, but they are watched closley by the templars.
