Guardians of the wild spaces
The court of owls is the druidic circle in the isles. There are other ones but none have the recognition and backing of a dragonlord.
The court consider themselves guardians of nature and sacred spaces and their primary headquarters is stonehenge, where they perform ritual magic to empower the land and themselves.
The preferred wildshape is an owl - and it has earned the circle a dark reputation for assassination which is not unfounded.
As such owls are regarded with skepticism and wariness - the more suspicious of people will refuse to have conversation with owls nearby. This also extends to some locals treating owls with respect and not harming them!
Founded by a beastkin, the circle is welcoming of all races.
Structure
Braervan - the green knight is the defacto leader of the circle.
Day to day organisation is lead by the circle master - Lasair Blackfeather.
The circle is divided into wings and each wing has a nest leader who reports into Lasair.
Culture
Nature is natural and should be kept that way.
Distrustful of Archaieotech - the more extreme members will destroy Archaieotech on sight.
