Amram is the second oldest son of Laucian Xiloscient . He is the twin brother of Treyvon Xiloscient . While Treyvon is the Heir to the Throne, Amram is not jealous of his twin. Amram studies as a priest with the Coalition of the Sovereign Institutes of Horus , following in the footsteps of his second father Ulceaon Liadon .

Amram was trained in the divine arts by the Coalition of the Sovereign Institutes of Horus and he served as a priest of Horus. Shortly after the War of the Bards, Amram announced that he was leaving the Coalition to devote his life to the service of Ra. It is generally not known why he made this choice as there wasn't an official religious organization that served Ra. That, by default, meant that Amram became Ra's High Priest.
