Ulceaon Liadon is the friend and partner of Laucian Xiloscient. He is a paladin of Horus who eventually rises to become the Chief Paladin of Horus as well as the Prince Regent of Elysium. His parents were killed by a plague that wiped out almost his entire village. He was taken in and raised by the Elven Temple of Horus.
