Right Honorable Albert Higsford

Albert Higsford was the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Supreme Republic  He was a formidable legal scholar. He served as an advisor to the People's Army during the Tallian Revolution and became close friends with Riffin Wayfalls. When Riffin was elected to the Presidency, he said that there was no question of Albert's appointment as Chief Justice and the Senate was quick to confirm the appointment. He served in that position until his death.
