New Vancouver

North Side

  The upper class district of New Vancouver. It makes up the area of the city that neighbors the Tamston Mountain Range. Only the top 1% and those who directly serve them find themselves in this side of town. It's clean, well maintained, and the parks are even green. The stores and restaurants are first class. The prices are outrageous and the food even real. Not some cloned or synthetic mush.   The North Side is where the majority of the peace officers spend their time. Keeping the 1% happy so they continue to pay their taxes and in turn the peace officer's pay cheques. Due to this there is very little apparent crime in this district. That being said it's not like there is no crime to be found. White Collar crime is rampant and those who are suppose to deal with these issues are quite often paid to look the other way.  

Gold City Mega Block

  Even the 1% have a 1%. This is where the truly wealthy live. In a megaplex that is a fortress of wealth and taste. Those that live here move entire companies with just a flick of their wrist. Even planetoid governments have to listen to some of the folks who can call this place home. This place is jam-packed with all the amenities that one will ever need meaning they never have to leave their palace.  

Serenity Tower

  A popular executive-level recreation center, the Serenity Tower is four dozen stories of lounges, bars, massage parlors, spas, gift shops, jewelry stores, and other top-quality, luxury stores and services—all of which never close. Corporate types often bring clients and vendors here, treating them to the finest treats and treatments to soften them up for the closing sales pitch. No one gets in without a Serenity Titanium Membership, and no one gets out without spending at least a thousand cryptos (required by the fine print).  

The Cult

  This faux-religious club draws a crowd by mocking the clothing, teachings, worship, and ceremonial trappings of the “belief of the week.” Employees dress as monks, nuns, gurus, and all other manner of clergy or religious officials, while clients are encouraged to engage in all the “sin” they desire. A real priest is even paid to be on the premises and provide absolution for patrons who otherwise might leave with a soul too burdened by guilt. The drink menu offers plenty of sacramental wine.  

South End

  This is where the rest of the 99% live. In the roach infested mega apartments lining dirty streets. Urbanhell describes this district perfectly. This district is full of neighborhoods and communities that have become overpopulated, but failed as desirable places to live over time. Now it's mostly gangland... Mostly. Some of the corps have set up shop here, and because of that they have their own security forces protecting what is theirs.  

Burbank

  A sector packed with hundreds of restaurants vying for business. Most of them serve the same old food paste, some even attempt to make it look appealing even. But the cooks and chefs in this sector must perform black magic in their kitchens, because the dishes they serve will have you salivating for the rest of the day. Top-ranked dives of the week include the Gnawzone, Veggiefreakz, and La Chatte Noire.  

Chicago Heights

  A sector filled with Megaplexes, this holds the highest concentration of livable apartments in all of New Vancouver. Amongst the street level are dirty roads lined with small shops and fast food. Here the Jade Fang Soldiers hold the largest power. Those who cross the gang tend to find themselves deceased in a back alley.   

The Warehouse District

  This sector sits on the far south side of town just east of the star ports and hangers. This area is quite busy during the day as workers looking to make ends meet punch in and punch out. The night life is busy as well but not for legitimate reasons. Many gangs and gangbangers battle it out in the streets, or in general do business. Those who venture out at night into this district do so at their own risk.  

The Starports

  This area houses the many star ports, commercial hangers, private hangers, and upkeep facilities that one will need to maintain a space faring civilization. The prices to land can range from cheap (low security) to astronomically expensive (very high security). For most many are able to land in the middle of the two extremes.
