Roshiaca
Roshiaca is the wild heart of Arasaka, a land of rolling hills, endless meadows, crystal rivers, and dense forests that remain largely untouched by civilization. Blessed by Mardros, goddess of Nature, and Fasteus god of the Hunt and Harvest, the land thrives in harmony, its climate gently balanced for the needs of its denizens despite the eternal eclipse imposed by Demon Lord Krane. Home to four dominant beastfolk tribes, Roshiaca has no true cities, only scattered villages and sacred camps across its territory. When Krane conquered Arasaka, no single leader could unify Roshiaca, so Demon Commander Boonmaw shattered their resistance by force, personally defeating dozens of tribal champions and burning sacred hunting grounds to establish his authority. Now Boonmaw is a constant, visible force, a towering figure whose word carries the same weight as a god’s, feared and respected by all tribes. Though subdued, Roshiaca remains the most rebellious nation in Arasaka, its tribes quietly scheming for ways to one day reclaim their freedom.
Roshiaca is a tribal federation shaped by survival, nature worship, and Krane’s iron rule through Boonmaw. Blessed with rich natural resources, enchanted flora, and magical fauna, the land thrives despite constant demon oversight. Boonmaw’s presence forces a semblance of unity between the tribes, who must now hunt not only for sustenance but for tribute to Arasaka’s dark overlords.
Structure
Roshiaca’s four major tribes each follow their own internal hierarchies, led by a single chieftain or elder. Boonmaw acts as the de facto High Warden, overseeing all tribal leaders and ensuring obedience to Krane’s will. Demon patrols roam tribal borders, collecting taxes in enchanted hides, magical fauna, and raw resources, while Boonmaw settles disputes between tribes with brutal finality, often by demanding trial by combat. For the most part Boonmaw sees these people as good sparring partners and decent buddies. No doubt that many people see him as a sourge but at the same time it is hard to not be pals with such a lovable goofball of a demon.
Culture
Life revolves around the land, the hunt, and tribal traditions, but every major gathering now begins with a display of loyalty to Krane, enforced by Boonmaw. Festivals and rituals to Mardros, goddess of Nature and Fasteus god of the Hunt and Harvest persist, though many have been co-opted by the demons, who demand offerings and entertainment during these celebrations. Despite this, Roshiacans cling to their independence in spirit, using their hunts, drumming festivals, and rites as a quiet way to maintain identity.

History
For over a millennium, Roshiaca’s beastfolk tribes roamed freely, resisting assimilation by the Caspary Empire and Denboldir Kingdom. Their fierce independence held until Krane’s rise, when Boonmaw’s merciless campaign of force and fear broke their resistance. Since then, Demon Commander Boonmaw has acted as Roshiaca’s unyielding enforcer, reshaping its tribal alliances into a reluctant federation serving Arasaka’s greater demands.
Demography and Population
Population of 1.7 million, composed almost entirely of beastfolk such as Leonin, Tabaxi, Centaurs, Lizardfolk, Minotaurs, and Satyrs, with small pockets of humans, orcs, and fey creatures.
