Tieflings
Tieflings are the children of Demons and anthroests (and are, themselves, anthroests). There are different kinds of tieflings depending on their demonic parentage, each possessing their own unique powers and specialties, but they are often lumped toether all as a single people group. Tieflings almost exclusively live in The Under Realm, unwanted by the people of Ayrath, but they long for The Surface Realm. As of late, there is new hope for a better place for Tieflings among the peoples of Tarnyk, with The Underking promising to give the peoples of The Under Realm a place in The Surface Realm soon.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The anatomy of a tiefling varies depending on their demonic parentage, but they do have a more "traditional" look that is most common among them. Tieflings commonly have horns of varying lengths, color, and style, and tails with similar variations. Some tieflings have scaly skin, others have asking that resembles rocks and gemstones, and others still have skin that appears unnaturally smooth. Tieflings often have long, spindly limbs and claws at the ends of their four or five fingers or toes. Tieflings are still a humanoid anthroest though, being bipedal with two arms and legs and usually having a single head.
Biological Traits
The biological traits of tieflings vary wildly depending on parentage, but the majority of tieflings have similar variation in their biology to other anthroests. However, there are a few specific Demons where their spawn are wildly different from other tieflings, whether its in their build, their lifespan, or a number of other traits.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Tieflings almost exclusively live in The Under Realm under the rule of The Underking. While they have attempted to live in The Surface Realm and Ayrath, nearly every attempt has been futile, leading to the deaths or near-deaths of all tieflings involved. However, within The Under Realm, they are among the most populous groups in the land.
Average Intelligence
Typically, tieflings are very middle of the road when it comes to their intelligence. There are anthroests that possess more intelligence than them on average, but there are also anthroests that are much duller than them. However, like everything else with tieflings, there are very notable exceptions depending on a tiefling's demonic parentage, as some are gifted supreme intelligence by it.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Tieflings are more naturally skilled with magic than most other kinds of anthroests due to their demonic parentage. The kind of magic they are skilled with once again comes down to their demonic parentage, as it will often fall in line with the kind of magic that they were specialized in. However, there are still tieflings entirely unable to use magic or who's magical specialties is entirely unrelated to that of their demonic parentage.
But tieflings also have another (and far more interesting) ability than their magic. Tieflings have the strange and still unexplained ability to detect when there are full Demons nearby. This can include their demon parent, but also any other kind of demon. They can even detect the bodies of deceased Demons, although they cannot tell the difference between those that are alive and dead.

Major Organizations
Tieflings are most commonly associated with The Under Realm. They have no place in Ayrath and The Surface Realm, as they are treated as outsiders and often met with violence whenever they appear in The Surface Realm. As a result, many tieflings have declared loyalty to The Underking, waiting for his next invasion of The Surface Realm so they can be able to call the surface their home as well. However, there is a small faction of tieflings that are opposed to The Underking and The Under Realm as a nation and are commonly considered to be a part of the Borderless Nation.

While tieflings are on the upper end when it comes to their physique, they are still among the more average of anthroest in that regard. However, some tieflings have significant physical superiority due to their demonic parentage, while other are at a significant physical disadvantage for similar reasons.
