Atmospheric Lectral Collector

A curious device conceived by the mind of the great Cornelius Hickter himself, but never actually actualized until many decades later, the Atmospheric Lectral Collector (or ALC) is a device brought about in Orphan Towne to absorb lightning strikes and store them in sets of underslung capacitors, to later distribute to needed applications.

These systems are used to augment lectral production by way of standard hydro-lectral, coal-burning, wood-burning, or even petroleum-burning generators across the rest of Orphan, especially around the perimeter of town, or within the old Heuridium Tower, which is now unused, of course.
