Overview
The party is almost there! One last beacon and they have won their freedom. However, Kellistra is keen to toy with the party in the ruins of Veinrock. The party must overcome her thrown obstacles or align with the Despoilers. Either way, Kellistra is keen to make what fun she can.
Ruinous Pact
The Ruinous Pact is made up of followers of Balgromok, Ilkrichyurl, and Valg. They join as a cult to bring destruction to the current world order in order to rule the world themselves.
Hierarchy
Herald of Ruin. Kellistra is the Herald of Ruin. She leads the cult in Veinrock.
Despoiler. Despoilers refer to the three champions of the three deities:
Introduction
The Mists split off, taking you into the outskirts of a hollow city. The clouded skies above have aberrant abominations wrigglng like worms in the air as polyps occasionally descend downward or fly back up. Undead are seen roaming the streets, one even aimlessly pounding their head into a wall. Fires that should have burnt out long ago still persist on material that should never be able to combust. A wretched, scratched up sign says, "Welcome to Veinrock."

This vampire spawn is one of Kellistra's personal lackeys. Despite all the charm, Kellistra chose Tenerian instead.

Special Events
Dealings with the Despoilers
The Despoilers know what value the party could provide in undermining their rivals and peers. So, each one reaches out to the party in hopes of having them align with them. Of course, near the end, they betray the party with their usefulness run out.
Leuklen
The blether reaches out to the party during the night via pulling them through dreams, bringing them to his domain atop one of the flailing behemoths. He beckons to the party to join him in his plot to thwart the other Despoilers. In joining him, he offers knowledge and insights that each character wishes.
Mirmeia
This vician reaches out to the party by an imp messenger and beckons them to do a ritual circle to commune with the lady. Mirmeia wants the party to join her to thwart the other Despoilers in the hopes of appealing to the Herald of Ruin. She offers to grant the party whatever materials they could want, whether it be a large sum of gold or Infernal lackeys.
Rasmus
This vampire reaches out to the party personally and asks them to join him in thwarting the other Despoilers for the Herald’s favor. He offers the party thralls, revivifying, soul grafting, etc.
Wedding at the Magister's Tower
Kellistra obsesses over Tenerian. He's one of the few who lacks an interest in her and she knows it well. The elf only goes along with it because he fears what repercussions she could lash at him with. Solidifying a marriage would also irritate the Despoilers to show they never even had a chance.
The marriage event takes place on the west side of town in a church to Caldrien. Should it go through without any complications, both Kellistra and Tenerian are given gray ribbons that are tied around their forearm. These ribbons act similarly to Warding Bond.
Wedding Details
The bridesmaids are Mirmeia and a few affiliates. For Tenerian, the "groomsmen" are undead affiliates. With Rasmus as the best man.
Presiding over the ceremony is Leuklen as the reverend.
