Theobald II. "Der Schlächter"
Theobald II., son of Heinrich I. "Der Starke" was a Holy Emperor of the Holy Empire of Middland during the Elf War.
Since Gustav I. "Der Erboberer" invaded the elven realm of Vaenion, his grandfahter Theobald I. "Der Unterdrücker as well as his father Heinrich I. "Der Starke" tried to end the rebellion lead by Illithor va Vaenyrael. But only Theobald II. was able to eventually win the decisive battle in which he captured the rebel leader and executed him, ending the over 200 years of rebellion against the empire, establishing the humas as the undisputed power in the north east of Middland.
Under his leadership the armies of the empire annihilated 19 noble families.
This earned him the moniker "Der Schlächter" which translates to "The Butcher".
But a few years after the end of the rebellion he died at the age of 91.
