Agil

Agil, the Mind, is the aspect of the Kainat Ana Quaternity connected to the larger and more ponderous of Kumah's two moons. While Urek and Kumah are the Heart and Flesh of the Cosmic Mother, Kainat Ana that give and sustain life for all things, chief among them the Zelayans, Agil represents the wisdom and intellect of Kainat Ana.   From his ponderous orbit above Kumah, Agil takes on a reflective state of steady pondering, relying chiefly upon the information gathered and given to him by his lover, Goz, the Eye. Though Urek and Kumah are embodiments of passion, fertility, and the creation of life, Agil has the thought and composure to address the very real problems that life, the Zelayans in particular, face in their struggle for survival.   Agil is beloved because he had the forethought to gift the Zelayan people with magick so that they might leave the surface of Kumah for Yer (Yorth), begin a new civilization there, and thus avoid the calamity of the Infinite Sorrow unlike all of the Zelayans left behind on Kumah. This gift is one for which the Zelayan people are eternally grateful. To the Zelayans, there is very little distinction between the Arcane and the Divine, as all magick was granted to them by divinity, and through the magick granted by Agil, they are able to amplify their worship and their prayers, and better act as vessels for the Cosmic Mother.   Additionally, it is thought that Agil constructed the Artifacts on Kumah (and on Yer) that the Zelayans have used to advance their technology and develop their culture, and that the Artifacts on Yer may provide the answers for how to extinguish the fires of Kumah so that the Zelayan people might one day return home.   Agil is closely associated with the Hündür people, called Hobgoblins by the Awakened, and in ancient literature and art is depicted as a tall and slender male Hündür, often working in concert with his lover and partner, Goz.   Devout of Agil practice the domains of Arcana, Knowledge, the Forge, and the Mind.
