The Founding Charter of Christmastide Mystical Kingdom

  While the creation of Santa's Toy Workshop Compound overshadows this document, this was the first official document making the Christmastide Mystical Kingdom possible. It is as much apart of history and Christmas Spirit as the creation of Santa's Toy Workshop Compound.   This charter isn't just a piece of parchment but is a symbol of creation and hope and will be a symbol for love, faith, and joy.

The Charter has had a profound impact on the realm and its' people.   It has provided a stable foundation for the governance of the kingdom and the development of the Valley, allowing Christmas Spirit to flourish and become a beacon of goodwill.  

Who It Impacts

This charter impacts the Christmas Elves, the Christmas Reindeer - Flyers, the Snowpeople, and both Polar North Yetis - Hairy Humanoids and polar bears albeit to a lesser degree,   This group of people, some of whom are Species of Christmas Magic, are all involved in the work Santa does to some degree.  

Why The Charter

Was this charter needed? Maybe not. But it did allow Santa to begin his work with something concrete.   Why did all write this charter? At the time, nobody knew why they wrote and signed it but all figured it was an historical event.   As Santa and many of the elves and reindeer look back to the beginning, they now realize it was the thing to do but now it allows also a historical record of when the Kingdom was first created.
