Christmastide Mystical Kingdom Map
Santa's Kingdom Map is a magical item and invaluable tool from the minds of Fae cartographers and Santa Claus. When it was created has long been debated as many factors caused historical to not list this event. However, many believe it was before 1300 CE. It being enchanted makes this map the only map that has features on it while there are other Kingdom maps that inform people which Heart has what and where.
The map is almost like a regular roll. Except that it is magically protected and only certain words can open it.
Once opened, it shows Christmastide Mystical Kingdom. Which is basically only Santa's Toy Workshop Compound and the entrance. It also shows what Guardians or other powerful magical beings are in the realm. Then magic leaves and it doesn't work until Ancient Power returns.
Then it does return and it now shows Santa's Toy Workshop Compound and Center of Christmas Spirit and Magic City. Besides now showing what it used to and two "villages", it shows each species of Christmas Beings in the family.
It later will show and The Artic-Antarctic Antipode Power Gateway even later.
Certain words close it. Unless no magic is here.
Then it doesn't work.
Zoom Function: Either by voice or by touch, this map zooms in which offers views of specific areas with the Kingdom. This allows for a closer inspection of places and districts. Zoomed in, a secondary or sub-function is that this map provides critical insights of areas that need attention. It also highlights potential areas of attention before they become critical.
Updates: THis map is magical so it updates what it shows when magic returns and whenever it needs updating via magic.
Magic Locator: It locates powerful magical beings. And when magic returns, it turns into a species location service. It now locates Christmas Beings as well. It will also locate other magical species. It also shows the weather in the valley.
Pathfinding Assitance: This map takes terrain and other factors that affect travel into account as it provides optimal routes for one's journey across the kingdom. It also helps with public sleigh transportation routes as it allows the governing body to see what they look like before placing them into effect. It helps with public parades, supply runs and many other things as well.
This map is a tool. But this tool plays a cruical role in not governing but also maintaining the well-being of the realm. It ensures that each person and species thrives within its borders. And it continues to be a guiding force in the kingdom's onging story.
