S-1 and Royal Sleigh Security Division
The S-1 and Royal Sleigh Security Division of The Christmastide Department of Security ensures no wrong hands can take and use them for whatever nefarious purposes. These sleighs are unique. They stand as a testament to children's imagination and the joy of childhood. It is only important that an organization would be tasked with protection and security of the world's most cultuarlly significant vehicles in existence.
Each elf assigned to both groups are, like those assigned to "The Nine and Families", the highest-exceptional and most trustworthy elves who ensure the safeguarding both types need to stay within Santa's Domain.
Flyers Division and this division often interact with each other. Especially as it gets closer to Christmas Eve. But that is often the case with the Department of Reindeer Operations and the Department of Sleigh Operations.
Both of the divsions mainly ensure, with other departments and sub-departments included, that the annual gift delivery world-troting journey and the ceremonies each sleigh is part of remain that old-world charm and truly regal as tradition dictates for Santa Claus, The Giftgiver and The Wondermaker and Mrs. Claus, the wife at her husband's side.
Their nickname is Santa's Sleigh Guard. A group codename would potentially be Pine Security. Or Rosebud Unit.
This divsion is actually the biggest divsion considering all Reindeer Elves and Sleigh Elves are required to go through security training in order for them to actually work.
Hundreds of people are employed in both departments and the toy workshop which ensures this team of extraordinary people play their own role in safety and protection of Santa's Annual Global Gift-giving Journey and Magical Ceremonies.
Each elf undergoes training that involves sleigh design, sleigh maintenence, knowledge of all Anti-Christmas Beings and their powers, and possibly more. While other trainings are not known, there is training involving reindeer and sleigh flight and emergency training.
Most of this training comes from Institute of Merriness Studies. For something like surveillance, this comes from additional training from the department.

Each elf usually wears a uniform of red and green on both the pants and shirt. Sometimes, a jacket of the same scheme is seen. But many of these elves wear a blue hat.
While the symbolism should be obvious, I'll explain it. The red in clothing represents the color children imagine Santa's sleigh and suit to be AKA what is usually seen in pop culture. The green represents the earth and Santa's other suit. The blue hats represent the sky where from earth, they fly up into the sky to do their duty to Santa. The brown boots of both divisions represent working with animals and transport as well as the dirt beneath feet.
No weapons are part of their uniform.
The team's responsibilities include, but not limited to
Sleigh Inspections and Maintenance - These combine ensure that every sleigh is in pristine condition, no matter if it is a cargo sleigh or any of the Believer-Class Sleighs.
Flight Coordination - The folks in the Flight Control Tower of the Sleigh-port ensure the sleighs avoid bad weather and other dangers or hazards, exxtremely bad airspace, and that elf pilots know the most efficent route to their destination among other things. This includes adapting to stormy weather or other unforseen circumstances especially if made by the Winter Deities who promised not to totally rain out operations in the Kingdom except around Christmas Eve.
Reindeer Training and Health - The elves who care for the reindeer ensure each is physically fit (peak physical condition) and is well-trained. Particularly on navigation, emergency preparations, and able to do their job anywhere on the planet.
This division was established centuries ago after the formation of Center of Christmas Spirit and Magic City, the second incarnation of Santa's Village. Both Santa and Mrs. Claus and the other Guardians realize that if Dark Magic tried to get the reindeer and sleighs (which repsreent not only Christmas but also The Clauses role in magic and their duty as Guardians), it might succeed and ruin what is left of magic. All fourteen people decide to protect this precious treasures from anyone who would try to ruin magic, childhood, and potentially life for Humanity.
Throughout the following centuries, the Kingdom would continue. Each day, the divsions work to ensure Dark Magic doesn't succeed in ruining what is left of magic. Each day, all is well. There were a few incidents from The Anti-Claus. And Dark Magic did try but neither succeeded.
Maybe there is a chance for magic to return. Maybe a more powerful version of Christmastide Mystical Kingdom's Shield will come back. Maybe Santa will gian power. Maybe Baxter. Just maybe.
