Congressional Order 5775

Congressional Order 5775, nicknamed Magic Left Act, is an congressional order and formal document that clearly states in black and white everything regarding Gaea and when magic is “dead”. It outlines comprehensive measures to protect magical locations after the departure of Mystical Species of Ancient Power. It also outlines how, when, and where the species shall go whenever they do depart Earth.   This act, being the last agreed-upon act between all members of Congress, is most famous because it is the last act and the brink of “destruction” executive order prior to magic leaving Earth.   While the few reasons for this act overlap, it was put into effect on MONTH/DAY/YEAR.  

Why

This document was created by the twelve known Guardians as they knew magic would be gone, or “dead‘, and in not too long on a time scale. And they were right.   But also why a formal document and not a handshake? Because a formal letter clearly states terms and conditions and everything and it can’t be disagreed with.  

Impact

There is little impact from this as all know the Guardians are right.
