The Hall of Christmastide Governance
Within the Elfin Village Area, an illustrious building lies marking an area termed as the Wreath and Holly which informs all this is a government house where the Great Christmas Parliament meet and discuss progress on the annual Christmas Eve Ride Preparations, any issues, new buildings, and anything good or bad within Christmastide Valley and the Christmastide Mystical Kingdom. These parliamentary members are dedicated to ensuring Christmas Spirit is alive and well and that it continues to flow into the mortal world and back again.
The building looks very governmental but also modern and functional. It has intricate woodwork on the stairway and banners hanging on the ceiling and the walls. Candles also light the hallways and rooms. There are two towering spires. Both have bells. Both can be used along with other towers all over to signal an attack or to signal another successful Christmas Eve Launch.
The building itself stands as a symbol of what love and hope could do if there was unity.
Within the building, there are many rooms and several hallways.
Upon entering, the magnificent entrance area ends at the Christmastide Staircase. Upstairs is the Jolly St. Nicholas Floor where it plays host to the Jolly Old St. Nicholas Chambers and to several smaller conference rooms.
The Jolly Old St. Nicholas Council Chamber is where Father Winter, The Clauses, and all department heads meet. It features a long oval table made from enchanted wood. And it where they discuss numerous things: updates on Christmas Eve Preparations, new building ideas, old business, and potential protocols for situations and other things.
The Christmas Tree Room is the biggest. A Night of Room Collection begins the same-sized rooms beginning with A Night of Love Room. A Night of Hope, A Night of Joy, A Night of Faith, and A Night of Peace are the other rooms in the collection. There is also a plan to expand this building to include more rooms due to projects by the departments.
These rooms are normally used for committees. There are, of course, possibly other times when these rooms are used. These times can be for executive retreats and departmental retreats, secret projects, more space for creating toys and wrapping, and much more.
Downstairs are Department Head Offices.
