Royal Excavation Company
An archaeological company founded by Obadiah Feldspar and Certus Amphibole. Feldspar would later leave the company due to conflicts over a trove of artifacts belonging to Daedalus, and whether they should use their power for their political benefit or preserve them in a museum.
After Feldspar’s departure, the company began receiving royal funding from King Teisis I, due to Amphibole donating many artifacts to the crown. The company was then renamed to the Royal Excavation Company, and solely supplied artifacts to the monarchy. Amphibole leveraged this royal proximity to whisper in the King’s ear and indirectly control the country.
