A proud dragonborn with a deep love for his half-brother, Bharesh Skullmont. He and his half-brother were taken in by Certus Amphibole when they were young, Nadarr being two years old when he found them.
He learned of the innate magical power of Dragonborn lineages, and trained to harness sorcery powers.
He was later killed by the Relay party during their siege of Castle Certiorari.
