23rd and 30th

Pick up after beating shitless monk guy (no name), we go in and interogate. Going one at a time, we all interogate him. Monk is brainwashed, will not tell us name. We learned last session he is from Heritage, claims he is from a sister location. (I don't buy a sister location idea, we weren't told too much about that in the academy.) He tells us that the magic symbols on his hands have tracker qualities and a higher power / force has been watching us for some time. There were the same symbols on the trees in Etherwood and on the way to Umgor. Bo casted detect magic on the tree and probably set it off so the guy got back on our trail. He reveals that we are 'scared kids in the middle of a war' and he came to test us. for what bitch-
He threatens Bo's mother and Bo almost kills him. We gotta hold him back so he doesn't attack him. He says some things about them and it scares Ven'Lynn, she leaves the room. Bo leaves. Monk fellow says that his purpose is over and just fucking drops dead. He mentioned he stole something from Ven, Ven walks in and checks his pocket. Finds Felen's silver piece. Thinks he may be after Felen / Wyrmwood. After mention of war, Larethar gets scared and kicks us out of town. Ven mouths off to him and he shoots back. They all leave and start to walk into the Dread Plain.
 
session two-
we begin to walk in the dread plains to a refugee camp and a small caravan of soldiers walk up to us, one of those poeple in the party being someone named Eli Matias. He takes our weapons and leads us into the refugee camp and we set up. We learn that a caravan party went out and did not return. We go out and get our weapons from the General, Julian Matias and offers us a job. We head out into the dread plains and have to find the missing caravan party. He will pay us very well for the job, sends Eli with us. We learn that it is a big group of Orcs and are very dangerous. Euridiphi shapeshifts after seeing one of them and now looks like an Orc (fancy changeling powers) and we devise a plan to go in to look like one of them. There were wolves in cages and they broke out, killing two Orcs as we walked away. Eli and Bo turn invisible while Euridiphi takes Ven'Lynn in as a 'prisoner'. Ven'Lynn is screaming and being an idiot in Primordial, we walk over to another Orc and he slaps her. After Ven starts acting up again, he hits her across the chest and then just picks her up and carries her to a seperate cage. She gets put inside but invisible Bo unlocks the cage as the orc walks off, then goes to follow with Orc Euridiphi as they walk around. Invisible Eli comes up to Ven and is like "what the fuck", goes off to find the prisoners. The war-master orc comes up to Ven'Lynn's cage and starts to yell at her in Orc and something else, then shaking and tipping her cage over a cliff- area in the camp. He knocks her down and the cage falls with her inside, Euri and Bo half catch it from down below. Prisoners are there. War-master comes down and knees the cage, pinning Ven inside and begins with a great axe to try and kill her, cage blocks. Euridiphi casts darkness (why tf would you do that) and now everyond cannot see in the circle. After a few missed hits, we manage to take down a few. War master is angry with all of us and manages to take down Euridiphi and Eli, Bo and Ven still up. We take down the group of Orcs and free the prisoners, looking very sick and hurt. But- holy fuck, we did it.
