NOTES (Jan 2nd and 9th)

Beginning on the path to Volyrus, we pass through the side of the mountain. As we camp and continue to travel forth, we notice several markings on the trees. Some are marked with Xs and circles, others are marked with triangles. As we get to a side of a cliff, we are ambushed by three dwarven guards. Umgor is under attack by Volyrus and don't let any outsiders in.
 
The dwarven guards kick our little shit in. As we are about to lose, a giant bird came down and attacked us. It killed one of the soldiers and wounded the rest. Killed two horses out of three. The bird took one of our horses and flew off, deciding the fight was not worth the meal. Larathaar, the chief soldier, is kind to us for helping them fight the monster.
 
Larathaar leads us into town and delivers us to Umgor. We are put up in the Slumbering Oaf Tavern. We take the dead body to the home and the wounded soldier away.
 
As we enter the tavern, we see Inte. A tan skinned woman with white hair. She is apart of the sisters of mercy, a guild that follows war and tries to prevent unnecessary violence to innocents.
 
Ven'Lynn overhears some drunk ear veterans arguing about the war. They want to press on to the war and show Volyrus that dwarves are not to be messed with.
 
We get a drink and sit down. Talk with bartender, Merry, and learn about there are different things to do.
 
Ven'Lynn gets fucking HAMMERED and goes to bed.
 
We wake up the next day and run over to the hot spring. We fuck around for a bit and Ven'Lynn swims over to Conny and sees that: oh, shit, that's not Conny. Euridiphi now looks different. She is now extremely pale skinned and has long, white, ghostly hair.
 
Bo gets upset that Euridiphi didn't tell him everything, starts an argument. He gets on Ven'Lynn's ass about it and Ven'Lynn shoots back at both of them. Euridiphi didn't want to tell us because her past best friend died for knowing her. She didn't want us to die.
 
All three of them storm off and they are all mad at each other.
