Prosper returns to the stage with a flower in each hand. Putting a pin in his wooing of the girls to go join the adventure, he apologies and receives a debriefing by one of the Sandpoint farmers.
The group are lead to a scene of slaughter within a barn. The walls are painted with a poem written in Taldan detailing Goblin making mockery of the farmers there. The message is well-written for a goblin, which sets off Prospero.
The party follow the Goblins' tracks and are lead to a raging riverbank, where deep imprints of paw pads-- Wargs, likely-- seem to jump the twenty-foot gap, likely with the aid of magic. The party secures themselves with rope and make the trek across, finding a full-blown Goblin village nestled within a valley's trees. Through scouting ahead, the party discovers a Black-Skinned Orc leading the Goblin warband in training drills, mustering them for an early raid.
Prospero heads back to warn the village while others recruit a Dryad's aid, failing to acquire direct aid but instead earning a blessing for the group as a whole. **While in the forests of Sandpoint, the members of the party gain the effects of Favored Enemy <Goblin> +2.**
Party fights the coming warband, and emerges victorious. The Goblin encampment takes notice of this and ceases their raiding parties. The Black-Skinned Orc leader goes into hiding.
