Session 2 Notes
Next morning, still alive, a wonderful day. Got the hide from the dwarven craftsman.
Met with the captain to receive further instructions. Told us to head north-east to find the plantation, there's a road goes a ways but gives to an open plane. Warned us to not venture into the jungle.
Bugbear and the Nob played dress up together.
Hobgoblin had us go over to the quartermaster to try and get some more equipment, wasn't very successful. (Bugbear freaked out for some reason)
There was a caravan transporting food from the plantation on the road. The guards on it said the wildlife have been encroaching on the area, unusual because they don't normally go near the guards (who are now all on alert because of these attacks). Current theory: something is forcing the animals out of the area, towards the plantation.
Traveled some more, before a bunch of apes jumped us from the jungle trees, nearly killing several of the party. We managed to kill them, but something else approached from the other side of the road, so we decided to run (left the Nob behind, whatever it was didn't seem to chase). After traveling through the jungle for a bit, the bugbear and I set up a little tree fort. The group reunited, foraged for food, and then took a rest.
End of Session.
