Though unlike most in he position, even amongst her siblings and cousins she became embroiled with the more violent elements in her life before she was even 20. Becoming one of her Family's prime assassins. Specializing in poisons and luring her prey to secluded areas; typically bringing women to the bedroom as a confidant in sisterhood, and killed the men in bed.
As gift from the Giovanni to the Banu Haqim she would, instead of the Proxy Kiss of her family's clan be presented with the Embrace from one of the warrior cast of the Children of Haqim.
After a century of service to the NY Camarilla and her clan Isa has earned her status amongst the NY Kindred. So while she does not have the clout or influence a Primogen has, her word carries weight.
Much like herself Isa sees in Vincent someone who was forced into the criminal underworld at an early age, and had to both claw their way through unreasonable expectations, and somehow meet them as well. Just to get a decent place within a criminal organization (both mortal and kindred). Though Vincent tends to push her influence with her contacts and the NY Camarilla than she'd like. She is keen to see where this neonate ends up when the drama between him and his sire has ended.
