Turbulent Shard by Mochi

Turbulent shards are small magical items forged in the violent winds of hurricanes and tornadoes. The stronger wind speeds, the more powerful these shards are. They are created when wind reaches speeds so fast they begin to drag magic in the air and blend it together.

These shards are blade-like, capable of cutting skin and scales with a single touch. When crushed, these shards release powerful waves of magical energy that affects people within a certain radius, dependent on the power of the shards. The magical waves are temporary, but enhance the magical abilities of a user.
