Snowy Stillbloom
Snowy stillblooms are peculiar flowers found in pockets of grassy areas around the rings of many planets, including Saturn. The petals absorb sound waves, transforming any sound into harmonious melodies, that they than reflect back into the environment.
These flowers are responsible for a great deal of cosmic background noise. A single patch of flowers produces more noise than a solar flare.
Snowy stillblooms get their name from the snow-white pollen they release into the atmosphere. Referred to as cosmic snow, too much of it can clog spacecrafts and cause malfunctions.
