Sallow Moth

Sallow moths are small moths found in the warm regions of the Tropics and the Region of Sarra. They have a wingspan of 4cm.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Sallow moths have rounded wings, generally a light brownish-yellow colour. There are darker brown spots and circles all over the wings. Its thorax and abdomen are a dark brown colour, with short and soft fur.
Geographic Distribution

Sallow Disease

Sallow moths, when landing on harmonids, will penetrate the skin and inject a liquid into the blood. This liquid contains a disease which gives harmonids sallow skin, which turns paler, dryer, and in the worst cases will start to peel and shed. It can be treated fairly easy, and 1% of harmonids possess a natural immunity to this disease. It is not spreadable either, therefore harmonids do not need to quarantine.
