Plughole Ghost

The most malevolent of spirits to haunt the plugholes of the space colony Ffaea, plughole ghosts are a (maybe) completely fabricated legend. Who first told of these spirits is unknown, but after one hard night of partying, someone went home to throw up in their sink, only to find a tiny ghost peering back at them from inside the plughole.

This person began spreading the word of a plughole ghost. As more partygoers visited more plugholes to vomit, more and more ghosts were popping up. Interestingly, the use of ghost-shaped confetti was also popular at the time. What are the chances?
