Michel Arrow
Michel Arrow was a toxicologist from Tropacia. His most famous achievement was developing the APS, or the Arrow Poison Scale, measuring every poisonous animal and plant's poison/venom by levels regarding its deadliness.
Michel Arrow was born on 28th June 1870. He was born into a rich family who specialised in toxicology, the study of toxins, treatments, detecting toxins. His ancestors had won awards for their research and insight, and Michel went on to win 2 awards for the APS.
