Mephenta
Mephenta is a Uhantian, a political figure indirectly responsible for the deaths of over two million oanie. After Karkhala launched a biological attack on her home planet, killing her entire family, her existing dislike of the oanie grew into hate.
As an active member of the Uhanti Council, she led the charge following the unleashing of the Uhantian Plague. Mephenta secretly orchestrated a vicious retaliation on Karkhala in the form of a devastating arson attack, masked as nothing more than wildfires. These wildfires caused trillions in damage, and killed two and a half million.
