Memory Eraser
A device used primarily by law enforcement, memory erasers are special guns that scan one's brain, targeting select memories and completely wipes them. These weapons are used by anima officers to erase memories of traumatic events. The erasee must sign several consent forms before having their memory wiped.
Erasing the memory of a cyborg or artificial intelligence is much easier. Simply remove the memory card and erase specific files, or just purchase a new, empty memory card and slot it in.
