Horruin
Horruin is the capital city of Kaltia, and the biggest city, narrowly beating Tennasar. It is located in the south east, along the coast line. It is also the largest port in the Frost lands. It has a population of 2,400,000. Being situated along two major rivers meant that it supplied energy from the hydreolectric powerstations built close to the mountains.
It is one of the most important cities in the world, having a major impact on the mage society. Over the last few hundred years it has established a reputation for having a large amount of powerful mages.
Horruin is both a tech and a mage city, using hydroelectric power stations to supply energy but having magic operating them. There are many famous scientists and mages from Horruin.
