Amora Forteya
Amora Forteya was Razhea Capita's Head of State thirty-five to thirty years ago. She was responsible for organising three hundred planetary leaders to sign the Greater Oasis Planet Treaty.
Amora was born into a highly competitive family. Her brothers and sisters all went on to become state leaders for other planets, yet Amora remained the most impressive child, from her parent's perspectives. The rivalry between siblings is what kept Amora driven to work harder and harder.
