Vyktyr Strutheo

Vyktyr Strutheo was a Meskaovanian Arcanist who built the first Automaton, an astronomy aid named Deliah. On their first outing, Deliah mapped the path of what would come to be known as the Strutheo Star, just four years before its next arrival. He immediately shared his findings with the scientific community in Meskaovania, but was told to keep the information secret until the next passing-by, in order to capitalize on what they now knew would be an enormous surge of Magic. Four years later, Vyktyr was credited as a founding member of the Meskaovanian organization that would eventually be known as the Voltiar.
