Few mortals on Visctheria ever thought their world would expand into a universe. Even fewer got to see the expansion in action.
When the Strutheo Star struck the surface of the planet, and the construction of the Orbital Rings began, the world changed drastically. Forced into the stratosphere of their home planet, the Sapients began to see that they weren't alone in this vast universe, and eventually that their galaxy was one of many.
The universe was theirs. The Sapients began to explore, and many found their homes on other worlds, in other lives. Some continued to explore, travelling the far reaches of the universe, and making new discoveries that continue to astonish. While twenty thousand years have passed since the Impact, so much is still the same.
The story of Visctheria is not over. It has only begun.
