  The Collective Congress of Ancient Earthly Magic is the governing body of Ancient Earthly Power. There are two bodies within it. The first is called The Legendary Protectors of Childhood. The last body is Leaders of Magical Species. This two-tiered senate was founded many eons ago by Incantus and Isis Mystic. At that point, the heads of state were few. And now have expanded until they are complete. The leaders of the species were always complete.   This governing body remained whole. That is, until Magic dwindled to a point where only the Legendary Protectors of Childhood are left for the health and safety of the children.   It was made clear that one more would be a Protector. And then he would help restore AEP. How is not known.   They eventually return AEP back to what it was centuries and centuries ago.   This governing body is stronger than what it was. Powerful forces were at play after the return of AEP.     The Legendary Protectors of Childhood/Rulers of Earthly Power are mythical individuals who embody characteristics of childhood. This upper-echelon group also go by a few other names. They are more commonly called Guardians of Childhood. But they are also known as the Earthly Mystical Elders Assembly.   They hold enormous mystical power derived from the Human Collective Consciousness (HCC) and Ley Lines. This makes them powerful both individually and together.   They were selected to be heads of state of the mystical world. The first two are of primordial entities. Mother Nature is the daughter of Goddess Gaia and Father Time is the son of Protogenoi Kronos. Primordial God Father Winter also volunteered to join this endeavor.   These three and The First Elders of One’s Kind AKA the First Ones are the mystical world government.   While the is not complete known order, it is known for a fact that the first three are Father Time and Mother Nature and Father Winter. Sandman or Nicholas joined fourth. It is not known. But Mother Goose is after both.   Nothing is sure after that.   Noww let us briefly look at each leader.   Father Time is Son of Protogeni Kronos. Mother Nature is Daughter of Gaea. Father Winter is as ancient as all four of them. Sandman is Guardian of Dreams. Mother Goose is the Guardian of Storytelling. Tooth Fairy is centered around memories because legend suggests teeth hold memories.   The Lights are actually sisters and so represent magical energies and Ley Lines.   Nicholas guards Joy and Hope and Wonder. He is the first avatar of holiday spirit. Others are Saint Patrick as Guardian of Luck and Cupid/Saint Valentine as poth are Guardians of Love. Easter Bunny is the last of the original group. He is a Guardian of Hope and of things anew (Renewal).   The first three and last Gaurdian are not unknown. Just the middle. The last and certainly not least is Guardian of the Ancient Power and its’ Spirit AKA Guardian of Belief. This was completely a surprise to the rest because they thought no more would be called. Yet, they trusted in things sight unseen.   The other part of Ancient Earthly Magic's Collective Congress are those who lead that paericular species. And adding The White Stag and the Phoenix as they have family but are not numbering in hundreds and thousands.   It is much later that the Gods are included. And even later that a family would be pver the entire realm.     How does it work? That’s asking the right question!   First off, understanding the structure and how distinct it is from governments in the known universe of mortals/Mankind is crucial.   The governing body (and later The Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life) are run out of the capitol. This is the Ancient Earthly Magic Realm's Floating Headquarters. It later has a few more names,   This body has two chambers. The Ancient Earthly Magic Congress Grand Chambers and The Rulers of Earthly Magic Council Chamber are them. The Guardians of Childhood gather to discuss business in theirs. Each sit in their thrones encircling the Book of Mystic Prophecy.   When the Congress convenes, the Rulers move to that room. Their thrones appear on the dais. Each Species Leader sits in front facing them in a semi-circle.   Yes, the UN or United Nations coincidentally gave me the inspiration to create a similar organization. For the Rulers or Guardians, this group is similar to the US Presidential Cabinet.     The Congress only owns the floating HQ, King Arthur’s University of Mystical Power, and The Magic Discovery and Legacy Athenaeum.   With EO 5775, they own everything until the species return.   The Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power owns The Castle of Earth’s True Mystical Heart via The Crown of AEP.   Other castles include Summer Residence Castle Pendragon-Claus (Peckforton Castle (England)), Ancient Power and Noel Royal Residence (Schloss Nordkirchen in Germany), and The Royal Castle of Fairytales/Royalty of Auradon’s Summer Earthly Residence (Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany) are all privately owned by Baxter and Angela.   Nicholas and Gertrude own The Enchantment of Noel Grand Palace as Father and Mother Christmas until their death. Then Baxter and Angela do.
