Great Christmas Parliament

The Great Christmas Parliament (GCP) is the governing body of Christmas Spirit and Magic City. Its' currently run by Mrs. and Mr. Claus, Jack Frost and ten Elves which make up the ten departments of the city.   These are as follows: City Planning and Design/City Development, Toy Manufacturing/Wrapping, North Pole Post Office, Reindeer & Sleigh, Christmas Eve Delivery, Christmas Traditions /Christmas Library, Christmas Town Museum, Santa's Personal Secret Archives, and Faith or Religion. The Christmas Town Museum/Christmas Town Historical Society and Christmas Traditions are more recent in history. Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus lead the governing body as their President and Vice-President respectively. Father Winter is their first contact with the Winter Deities as well as City Planner and fellow Immortal.   Baxter is also a member due to being Santa's Apprentice. and also an Immortal. And the other non-elf is Pastor of St. Nicholas Church, Joesph "Joe" Winter Francis for some extra spiritual guidance. The only non-departmental elf is Grand Elf Eleanor Ivy Eve as she is the Elvin mayor. There are five elves vital to Christmas Eve. Bernard Gabriel “Gabe” Malachi is the Chief Toy Elf of Santa’s Toy Workshop (including divisions and locations).   Victoria Hope Mistletoe is Chief of Santa’s Stables/Department of Reindeer Operations while Samantha “Sam” Clara Snow is Chief Head of the Sleigh Barns/Department of Sleigh Operation.   Hugo Cristobal Esther is Postmaster General of all Santa Letters and also Regular Mail and Internal Mail of Village. He is also in charge of the Hall of Records which may change. Donald Curtis Quigley is the last elf and also of the greatest magnitude as he is the Commissioner of the Department of Santa Trackers & Christmas Eve Delivery/Operation: Merry Christmas. A few other names are to be added for their unfamiliar departments. Gloria Grace Bells and Donny Noah Peace are Co-Commissioners of the Department of Christmastide Customs and Beliefs. Charlene Harlan Booth-Jones is the Head Librarian of the Kris Kringle Library. Carol Noel Newman-McGee is the Curator for the International Museum and Depository of All Things Christmas (IMDC) and The Hearts of Christmas-North Pole Historical Society Director.
