Meeting Royalty or Councils BONUS

This little guide will help those who come into contact with Councils and Royalty. It will make sure you follow customs and courtesies of Royalty and of Councils.  

Meeting Royalty

There are members of the mystical world that are of royal status. All of them are on the Legendary Guardians of Childhood and on Collective Congress of Ancient Power.   The first one is High Royalty of Christmas. This is the only one it is okay not to say "Your Majesty". Nicholas is not traditional that way.   Royalty of Ancient Power is the next one. This is a never-before-seen royalty. Overseeing the entire realm of Ancient Power, this royalty does.   Next is the combo of the Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power and High Royalty of Noel. These later combine into The Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power and of Noel Magic (later known as the First Royal Family of Two Worlds: Ancient Power and Noel Magic).   Official Meetings require those who come in front of royalty to stand until permission to sit. Audiences are part of this. Audiences though are private between Their Majesties and whoever.   Official meetings can be while sitting but Royalty must sit first.   When greeting a member of a royal family, those before royalty bow as a sign of respect. This is seen in more formal gatherings and isn’t held over people’s heads.   There is nothing informal for royalty.   Unless you’re another royal family or other kings and queens or on another council, you MUST first not address them until they address you. First words are “Your Majesty, King/Queen (First and Last Name) of (Place)” or “Your Majesties”. An example would be King Belief of Ancient Power or Your Majesties of Auradon.   Children of monarchs are addressed as “Your Highnesses”. In Your Inner Child: Baxter as Father Christmas, Baxter and Angela’s children are of North Pole Christmas Kingdom and Ancient Power.   In real life, this often has more asterisks. A real-life example would be Prince William. Prince William was the Duke of Cambridge. As Charles is now king, William is now William, Prince of Wales.   While he has other titles, this is the biggest and is the one for an heir apparent.  

Meeting Councils

Council Many councils exist in the World of Ancient Power. These all have different rules of decorum. However, there are some common rules across most of them.   The first rule is that you bow to the high-level mages (Guardians of Childhood or Five Highest and Most Trusted Mages or both) then identify themselves when roll call goes over to visitors (visiting diplomats or a citizen).   If a citizen/commoner should want to speak, they are to remain seated and silent until new business is called or they are asked to stand and speak during a session. or other should not unless called upon or until they’re asked to. They have to leave the meeting if asked.   All this to say council members have the privilege to speak first unless a guest is speaking.   The Collective Congress of Earth is the only one you
