Enhanced Physiology:
Alagorians are biologically superior to baseline humans in several key areas:
- Longevity: Lifespans regularly exceed 300 years.
- Strength: Capable of lifting 1,500–2,000 lbs; able to dent armor and leap 20+ feet.
- Speed: Can sprint at 60–70 mph for short bursts, with rapid recovery.
- Reflexes: Nerve conduction 2–3x faster than human average, allowing "slow-motion" perception under stress.
- Endurance: Reduced fatigue, efficient energy use; can go days without food.
- Healing: Wounds clot quickly and heal within hours or days (severe trauma still requires extended care).
- Immunity: Resistant to disease and many toxins, though not immune to all.
- Learning: Enhanced neuroplasticity allows for accelerated learning, especially in combat, magic, and arts.
Note: Despite their innate advantages, rigorous training is required to master their own strength and abilities without causing unintended harm.
