Vivisand
Vivisands culture is based on talent and skill. The better crafts man, or woman you are the more you are respected. The smaller towns and villages even use skill as a way to form their own small governments with local blacksmiths being the unofficial mayors. The Emperor rules with divine right and the assistance of his chancellors.
Demographics
Largely populated by dwarves and humans, with a few large pockets of elven communities.
Government
The Emperor of Vivisand rules absolutely and leads by divine right, given in a ritual that takes place on the celestial plane. This ritual is called the Ascension.
Industry & Trade
Most of the Economy is driven by trading hand made goods for services, coin is used when no goods are available for offer.

History
The nation of Vivisand began in the year 345 when the dwarf clans came together to share knowledge and resources as to further strengthen their peoples. Founding the city of Vivis with the common goal of creating a city to last through thousands of years, they used stone and metal for the infrastructure of the city giving it good bones to last through the years.
Architecture
Architecture is generally square and angular, with many terraces and steps creating pyramid like structures that usually end in a peak. Mostly made with stone and mortar, the rarely used wood in the buildings is mostly used for decoration rather than structure.
Geography
Mostly comprised of grassy plains and hilly fields, with a small mountain range in the north west and forests scattered throughout, a few large rivers cut through the landscape.
