Valentina II is the ruling Empress of the GISC and a former High Admiral of Classis Europa. Born into the powerful Billung-Hawes dynasty, she inherited the throne in 2590 after the sudden death of her father, Emperor Alexander, and her brother Augustus’s earlier death in battle. Her reign began in mourning and matured into the consolidation of power through the transformation of the Galactic Community into the Imperium. Once a warm soul with artistic aspirations and a love for beauty, her path has been defined by grief, responsibility, and quiet endurance.
