Hillfolk

Hillfolk refers to the various mountain tribes of Grundd.   While Hillfolk hold their distinct cultures that are separate from one another, most Humans broadly paint them under the same brush; many Hillfolk clans are known for their practice of cannibalism and hold a very tribal and isolationist view on life. They are hostile and xenophobic to outsiders, and frequently lead raiding parties out from their borders to terrorise nearby settlements that stray too close to the mountains.   They are, for the most part, indistinguishable from most humans, though some Hillfolk are known for being gigantic or muscular in stature -- a trait that is supposedly passed on from interbreeding with giants or ogres.
