Hector von Geldburg
Hector von Geldburg runs the Hole in the Wall tavern in The Foxhole. Hector is an elf of the Emberi culture from The City of Furnaces, he uses a wheelchair after an accident in the Dustlands involving a dragon left him unable to use his legs. In the past Hector was one of the foremost Aurora Dust collectors, it took him a number of years to get used to not being able to continue, but he found a new purpose in running his bar. He speaks with an optimistic German accent, and often speaks at length about the dust trade and dust economics.
