Since the time before know recordings, The mystical arts and the knowledge behind them has been fulcrum of advancement and learning throughout the age. This Crisis however showed how a threat can rise that we are not prepared for. In conclusion and for the betterment of Rivell and Basque, I will be building a institute of learning that will rise to rival both the Draconic Library and Sepa Academy. Rivell will house the greatest minds to ensure next time the world is at threat, we are armed with the best ideas and contingencies.

Built just outside of
Ormons in the Decima following the
Crisis of the Fey age to increase Rivell's scientific knowledge and advance the nation to the forefront of Undina. Based off of not only
The Draconic Library but also
Lacertillia's consortium of knowledge.
Stephan spared no expense in the construction, nearly bankrupting Basq, and even setting back the Rivell recovery substantially. This side effect was only temporary with the economic growth following made the project pay back it's cost within a decade, even with the failed
Expedition to flesh swamp.
Layout
In the centre of the site is a large garden with a fountain in the middle depicting mermaids pouring vases of water into the pond around them. Cobbled walkways wind through the gardens with a colonnade around the edge of the garden giving easy passage for students and teachers alike. Original it only had the northern and southern buildings at first, but quickly expanded to other buildings around it.
At the north end is a large building with fully functioning kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms, a bath houses, and offices. This was the main living area for the consortium, housing the majority of students and teachers, though a few higher teachers would have their own apartments inside other buildings. Originally built to hold around a hundred people, it was extended over the Decima being able to hold several thousand by the end of the Fey age.
At the southern side stands the main library with halls dedicated to various subjects, study rooms and lecture halls. On top of this hall stands a massive clock tower that not only tells the time but date and year of the current age, the mechanical wonder was unveiled in 150 Fey taking several years more to complete.
The eastern side filled out to a massive courtyard with a podium at the garden end. This was the award, event yard where graduates were presented with their Class Ring. The surrounding area has other schools equipped with a small dorm, offices, smaller libraries, workshops, greenhouses, and other facilities needed for that area of learning. These various building spread out with courtyards and gardens filling the spaces between them.

Similar to the
Alumni rings of the mages, these show people as graduates of a school from the consortium. These rings come in copper for student, Silver for a graduate, and gold for research fellow. Each ring bares the symbol of the school they are part of.
