Alumni ring
A ring that is given to graduates of magical institutes, representing the completion of their learning. The rings are given out at graduation by the dean.
The ring is a circle of material, usually gold, crafted into a magic circle with a gem representing the mage's main field of magic encased in the centre. While most places use metal and changing the words of the circle to represent the school they came from their are a few exceptions.
History
The practice was thought to be draconic in origin with The Draconic Library practicing it from before the Phervian invasion. During the Fey age however it was discovered to be from a ritual for initiates of Garnia upon completing their training.Schools rings

- The White City schools use rose gold with the ritual circle for comprehend language. The ring has a compartment filled with salt and soot with the school symbol underneath
- Rivell schools are gold with the school name around the edge.
