RCA HEP-4
The Rigel Combination Arms High Energy Pistol model 4 is a High Energy Projectile Weapons used by many faction originating from the Union of Earth and her Colonies.
It is the standard handgun of the Orion Extraction and Settlement Corporation security forces. It is notable in that it does a good deal of damage and holds a good number of rounds.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
As with most HEPWs it uses a special mixture of gas that is super heated via an electrical burst, which creates a focused bolt of ionized gas that is propelled at the target. The Ammunition cartridge is locked into place in front of the trigger, and it is released with a button on the side.
