RCA HER-7
The Rigel Combination Arms High Energy Rifle model 7 is the latest in high energy military class weaponry. It is the standard battle rifle used by the Grand Union Army and the Colonial Garrison.
This weapon is also favored by many high powered security forces, most notably groups like the Orion Extraction and Settlement Corporation.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
As with most HEPWs it uses a special mixture of gas that is super heated via an electrical burst, which creates a focused bolt of ionized gas that is propelled at the target. The Gas Cartridge is locked into place behind the trigger into the top of the stock.
